I was referring to the position of some in the Triumvirate reform discussion. I would concur that that is in fact no-one's role.
As for moderation of the Curia, the idea of a certain leeway is based on the assumption that citizens behave so exemplarily that moderation is simply not necessary, not that they are exempt from it whatever they do. Since this "whatever we do" has proven to be beyond the confines of exemplary behaviour in certain instances I guess we must live with the fact that even us "shining role models" get to feel a hexagonal mace from time to time.
