It seems you have an option turned on which disables the behavior and this may be working the other way around. By accident or otherwise I suspect this is it because I cannot PM you either, getting ^ when putting your ID into the url.

There are only emails restrictions (not restricted), subscription notification, and VMs (which was restricted then I have turned to unrestricted).

I cannot see a anything for PMs.

I propose the following adjustments to the Curia.


1. Make Curial Changes a subforum of Inactive Committees (Archive)
2. Rename Inactive Committees (Archive) to Inactive Committees
3. Rename The new Constitution to The Constitution
4. Unsticky Content Jobs Noticeboard in the curia main section (present already in the Q&S and imo not needed within the Curia now)
Assign civitate Dismounted Feudal Knight as local moderator/de-facto curator to TWC's Living History Forum

Living History bit details & rationale

This is the simplest path I can imagine to update the living history forum and receives at least irregular attention from someone with a long-term interest in the subject of TWC history. In other words finishing something I did not get to in my term as Consul some years back. I believe it is clear that this section is is 'tacked on' to an otherwise janitorial scope for Consuls, and that there is no modern interest from curial officers in maintaining this forum. It has been proven that creating an entire office inclusive of this is not practical (and the previous office fell out of use for lack of interest). Therefore I wish to use the decision process to cleanly appoint a citizen, myself, to review and update the living history forum concurrent with my updates to TWC history on the wiki. This would include actions such as me tidying up its pins, requesting select threads be copied into the section if appropriate, soliciting members to create retrospectives for inclusion if they wish, implementing prefixes to organize thread types, If I see nothing more to do, I resign by message to Hex. If the curia feels I can bring nothing else to the section, a decision may remove me as simply as it authorized me. If a current Consul decides to take up this aspect of their curial scope and it conflicts with my work in a way that cannot be resolved between us, this issue can be brought before the curia and a decision shall result from that discussion. This does not entitle access to the Politia or even what I recall to be the section's hidden subforum. No badge or office: just a volunteer duty which may entail passing mention on the Curia's wiki page at most. With little mention of who maintains this aspect in the Constitution now, I do not see a need to codify it there directly.

These are both administrative. I can request that Hex move ad rename the aforementioned subforums. I do not have that level of power as Consul to do it myself.

Living History Section
For years I asked each Consul for access to his section in order to help preserve the history of the site. You will find no greater proponent for your cause. We share the same passion.
When you sent the PM, I expected you to request to be a Censor but i never came. I assumed you were too busy o do so. I cannot unilaterally add you to the group. You are certainly welcome to have access to the Politia and give consul whenever you see fit.
So whenever you are ready to begin anew your task, make the request.

Yes, I created to add the amendments. I couldn't use "jump/anchor" to like to it, but then I just added it to your 2023 which made better sense anyway. I don't know how to link on a page 2 of a thread. i was wondering if we have to create a "page 2" menu to do it or is there a work around? For the moment, I created a "2024" which will need anyway. Right now it is a placeholder.

I can't edit anymore the threads in the Tabularium, sadly, so I can't check the BB codes there and see what's going on, but afaik the jump/anchor function should work no matter what page it links to

If it is on another page, I would recommend pointing to the post's permalink eg, yours I reply to has #8257 on the top right. Not as elegant but it will do the trick. An anchor can only operate on the current page.

I'm afraid I cannot play with it hands-on because I still need LM access in the Curia sections
