Hi Wles, any new animation being worked on? Did you create the new fellbeast animation?

i noticed that when you wright your animations in the text of the sceleton you have to be aware of the exact letters(caps or no)
if your animation is named for example
-mpla.CAS
you have to wright it
-mpla.CAS
not
-mpla.cas
or else you will have ctd without any ****** error
it took me sometime time to figure this out![]()

Amazing !!! there's much to do with it.
So you could have more fluid swinging and stabbing with swords, axes?
I know that wlesmana is no longer active, but it would be nice if someone knows how he made the bowstring animation without moving the bones, which was told not to be possible in the OP?

Just rotate them?
Of course, that must be the only way.
But still, how did he manage to move the string simply by rotating it's bone?
I suppose you could add two bones on the hand bone (or at least one on the hand bone and one on top of that like: -0-0-0 (green is hand, blue is dummy and red is string)), which acts like a scissor to move the string and bow.
Simply brilliant
I think I've got the string working. I presume he did the same with the arrow, right?
Think so yes.
Doing this tricky thing sure shows how talented wlesmana is.![]()
Too bad he's inactive, I still have many things need to be asked, like how exactly to copy new bones' coordinates in MAX script and add them to the skeleton's file. It wasn't quite clear enough for me.
I think I've got cleared enough about the coordinates, and finally managed to make this
Many thanks for the help![]()
Awesome, looks good![]()
