Help me please! How to obtain Marius reform?
I play as Rome and have no reform since I had built Imperial Palace and destroyed all of the Carthagians
Now I play in 174 BC. But I had destroyed Senate [By using spy and Night fighter general] before destroyed all of the Carthagians. because it obstacled path to the Gallic province.
Does it affect the reforming?
Sry for my poor English skill.

no detroying the senate will have no effect. In order to get the reforms you need to build an imperial/royal palace in carthages starting lands.
Try checking the map that is displayed when you start a new campaign. its possible that there is one provience that you haven't captured that needs the palace built in
