Here is the current fix list;

One of the first major changes coming with the BETA will be the option to play the late start campaign or the regular start campaign.
HusserlTW updated the startpos files released with the EUA and I've been adapting both startpos files to APE: TI.
I will be collecting the bugs from various threads and marking them as either fixed or going to be fixed on this thread, so keep an eye on it!
All DLC units, including the new Elite Units of America, will be available in BOTH campaigns!
The missing localization strings for several units have been fixed.
There is also going to be a general rebalance applied to the EUA DLC units.
The first BETA here will mostly be for early and late campaign testing.
We will be releasing HOTFIXes for the BETA over the next two weeks to add in a more complete set of Native American factions -- we'll also be working to complete the rosters for some of the minor nations.
Because of the slightly lazy way I made the launcher it will only work if your Empire is installed on the C drive and in the default steam directory.
I WILL be updating the launcher as well, so expect it to be a bit more intuitive in the future!
