600K florins.

Pope pretty much loves me.

France was my best ally and suddenly it betrayed me, in a triple alliance, Novgorod, Scotland and France are trying to destroy me. I totally kick their butts since im the strongest nation.

I have, Germany, Scandinavia, northern Italy.

England attacked me and I exterminated London and sieged Nottingham, a fleet with an army is on the way to Scotland.

Black Plague is spreading so I have to finish my attacks quickly if I want save my armies in a fort.

what to do next?

Well from your description I'm getting the idea that you're fighting a war on three fronts. End one of them either by destroying all opposition or by buying peace. But first reduce your garrisons and divert all your effort to ending the war on one front, preferably the British Isles because this will give you naval control. When you've finished the war on the British front. prepare defenses and again disband as much units as possible to gather a huge amount of money needed to survive the black death. Then prepare defenses and prepare for a few hard turns.

So you're at war with England as well or they have been eliminated? Anyway, your main threat is to the West. The French, and British Isles. Send your fleet and possibly a few more to capture Scotland and then work your way down the Isles toward mainland Europe, capturing and sacking/exterinating all the settlements as you go. Once you have taken the Isle you can launch raids or even build up a full blown invasion and invade France from multiple entry points, across the Channel to the north, with sea landings to the West, forces from your heartland territories to the east in Germany itself, and lastly forces from Italy that can move up from the South and harass Marseille and Toulouse. If you take the time you can really decimate the French quite quickly using those tactics, hit them from all sides and settlements and divide their forces so they are unable to mount an effective resistance, at least not at all the staging points.

You say you have 600k florins so money obviously isn't an issue here, recruit the best troops available and even some lower quality ones that you can use as fodder to hold their elite units while you circle and flank them. With that amount of money this will be a very short war, you'll just overwhelm them with superior troops and numbers.

As for the Russians to the East, that is a different can of worms. Turn 150, so the Mongols should be appearing very soon if they haven't already. To be honest, you don't want to face them, which could happen if you completely take over Russia. If I was you I would perhaps take the Russians western settlements such as Riga, Novgorod, Smolensk and possibly even as far as Moscow. But I wouldn't go any further than that. You need to leave them alive to function as a buffer state between your Eastern holdings and the Mongol invasion. If by chance the Mongols make a beeline for Kiev, this strategy should keep them from reaching your lands and fighting the Russians and Hungarians, in that case you can just sit back and fortify your Eastern frontier against invasion while destroyed the French and other powers in the West.

If however the Mongols go for Antioch (they only go for one of the two settlements) then you should be free to dominate Russia and even Hungary and Poland if you can manage it. With Scandinavia and Northern Italy already under your control you'll be set to conquer almost the entirety of Europe itself! Very interesting campaign.
