The magyar noble unit is incredibly amazing!![]()
Everyone of these units is astounding. Simply beautiful. Every time I see a team create such an impressive roster, it makes me wonder what CA/Sega do with all their time, and yet create such lackluster units. I mean, by comparison, all the vanilla Hungarian units are simply bland and made up of big patches of texture and color. These units have detail. Same for the infantry units. My compliments to the entire team.
TQ
we want more!
God I love these units. So organic!
How's work on the cavalry coming along?
γνῶθι σεαυτόν ~ μηδὲν ἄγαν
When will we see these magnificent hungarian cavalries in the game?I downloaded the 2.14 version of the magyar mod,but can't see these wonderfull ones like the pechenegs, cumans, hussars. Will there be a new version or a patch with the new cavalries?
Again, very superb work.As my name suggests,I'm hungarian and am very pleased to see wonderfull and historical hungarian units.![]()

Very good looking units, impressive thouroughness. It is really great that you don't leave the weaker ones without much attention as can be seen in some mods.
Were all mounted archers that colorful? Like the pechenegs for example. Or did some ethnic groups favor notably brighter clothes than others?
The magyar cavalry model, would it be correct for a similar unit during earlier periods?
When will we have a update? soon?
Thanks.
Sorry, currently Dome has no time to modding.
Some works needed yet and unit cards, info pictures.
Surely not. One of the jobs is to make the common soldiers simpler clothes. Were all mounted archers that colorful? Like the pechenegs for example. Or did some ethnic groups favor notably brighter clothes than others?
But generally the steppe people liked colorful kaftans.
They are suitable, too. Before 1000 they probably used more lances (mentioned in a chronicle) and sabres instead of swords. The magyar cavalry model, would it be correct for a similar unit during earlier periods?
Avoiding confusion this latest model is not the Magyar Cavalry but the Nobles.
If it's just things like UI card / Unit Info Cards it shouldn't be hard to find somone else to do that... I can do it in a pinch... (at least something that is a unit card... relative quality if obviously a issue.) surely the abosalute hardest part is the moddeling / texturing itself...
1180, an unprecedented period of peace and prosperity in East Asia, it's technology and wealth is the envy of the world. But soon conflict will engulf the entire region with great consequences and lasting effects for centuries to come, not just for this region, but the entire known world, when one man, one people, unites.....
Thanks for the answers
I see. No matter, then I'll replace the hungarian nobles or something with them when released (my own Stainless Steel version). Hmm...just so you know, it is named magyar cavalry in the preview (post 28).Avoiding confusion this latest model is not the Magyar Cavalry but the Nobles.

Aaah, I thought this line was referring to the latest magyar cavalry model and not the latest presented model in this thread. Since the magyar cavalry model is supposed to be magyar cavalry I will of course replace the magyar cavalry with it and nothing else
