Help plz how to load My_Mod.pack

I have the editor; used it; completed the my_mod.pack; but what do I do from there ????? I got the mod manager but there is no box to check; like in the picture; someone please help me; I can use the editor save it but how do i load it ?????????

Make sure that your mod.pack is in ETW/data and in Mod Manager uncheck the "show all pack types" box.
