    Now I know there wasn't much civil war in the napoleanic era. But during the french revolution there was a counter-revolution. It would be awesome if the CA added civil wars. I mean, how awesome would it be fighting as france as your country is in flames because there are those who are anti-napoleon. Or you're playing as prussia and half your people want to remove the king and follow the ways of the french revolution and you must fight their armies (not some puny 6 unit army that only goes after capital city).
