Wil you play the game? the game of thrones.
I don't think it says who has it after the first time. When I killed the guy who had it, my general inherited it.
If the general who had it is killed, it reappears somewhere around the Misty Mountain region where it first was found after a while at some random general. I think it was supposed to be inherited by the guy who kills the ringbearer, but that doesn't work for some reason most of the time.
What does acutally happend when you get the ring? Does it give you just bonuse attack or anything more unique?
How do you know if one of your generals has the RING?
A ancillary or trait will pop up on the character that has the ring.
i can never find it after i kill the goblin leader that had it
does mordor get some kind of extra bonus for finding the ring

I'm playing as HE and my general got the ring ages ago, probably from the misty mountains but can't remember for sure. At the same time he got the trait -Gollum.
Anyhow, it gives it's bearer some pretty sweet attributes, like +3 hitpoints, +1 fear and much more, but I just cant remember the rest.
I actually decided that this general is the head of my army while charging Mordor. He's army just took Minas Tirith defended by fulll stack commanded by two nazguls.
"It is a gift. A gift to the foes of Mordor. Why not use this ring?"
Too bad
it can't transferable :< if it pop up on general with very poor command
its waste...
Its easy to make war with others, its never been easy when we need a peace.
My holy damn simple tactic; Strike First, Strike HARD and SHOW NO MERCY.
Yes. But only to a general who doesn't already have 8 retinue.

If you want more features about the Ring, I've made a little mod (The lord of the Ring) who add effects. But it's not compatible with others submods, so you have to choose.
From experience it seems like you have to kill the Misty Mountain Warlord, then stay in Mountain Fort for a turn.
