descr_strat error

I have a error in my descr_strat, and I cant seem to find it.

you're trying to use a descr_strat from the wrong (earlier) version of RTW

early patches 1.1 1.2 ish had the
win_conditions
.........

section in there

the later ones, certainly once you've upgraded to patch 1.5
don't have that part and if you try using it will give the error message
you just got (because it can't read past that point to find the factions)
