Default Blackwater/XE In Pakistan: No Idea why

A great article by respected author and columnist Irfan Husain asking why exactly are they there and what purpose. I quite like the article.

Stopped reading when it said the Knights of Malta are an extreme Right-Wing group...

Today the order has 12,500 members, 80,000 permanent volunteers, 20,000 medical personnel including doctors, nurses, auxiliaries and paramedics. The goal is to assist the elderly, the handicapped, refugees, children, the homeless, those with terminal illness and leprosy in five continents of the world, without distinction of race or religion.

Dawn is usually good. They disappoint me this time.

Extremist who may or may not be in a group != declarations of an extreme-right Roman Catholic organization since it is labeling the entire group as it and not saying some members but yeah I suppose a group where a large % of its members are doctors and nurses are indeed an extreme right wing group...

Blackwater/Xe were in Pakistan to load missiles into Predator Drones at Shamsi Airbase in Pakistan, with the consent of the Pakistani government. The US didn't want US troops on the ground in Pakistan so it used mercenaries. The cat came out of the bag when US senator Dianne Feinstein blurted it out publicly. Google Earth confirmed it. As a side note, women aren't good at keeping secrets lol
