Help Fatal Error

I installed Broken Crescent and its patch
I also installed Medievall Total War II and the Kingdoms expenasion and also downloaded the v1.5 patch
However, when I try to open Broken Crescent, a message (CA_LIBS) would pop up saying that Medieval II suffered a fatal error and will now exit.
Do I have to install patch 1.3 then? Or is it something to do with my computer?

Check your bc.cfg. Is it still intact? I've had mine mysteriously vanish following installation of M2TW/BC on Vista or Windows 7. How large is your bc.cfg? It should be ~2253 bytes
