Change who can recruit a unit.

Hi. i started a new game playing scotland and i found out (through the building browser) that they can't recruit the "Black watch" This seems silly as the blackwatch is scottish so, i was wondering if there was a way i could let the scots recruit the black watch

Go in db/units_to_exclusive_faction_permissions amd enter a line with the unit name/scotland/True.

where is "db/units_to_exclusive_faction_permissions" do i have to unpack the empire total war folders or something like that?

thanks for your fast reply but i cant open the pack file. i tried wusing the internet, notepad and adobe reader to open them and nothing happend is there a thing/tool i can download to help me?
