2 february for USA and the 19 for EUROPE???

Today I saw that NTW will be out the 19/02/2009 in FRance and not the 2/02 as it was announced, it must be the same for the all Europe... Can someone confirm this news?

I 've just looked to Amazon: For France and germany it's the 19. For UK it's the 26! For USA and Canada, it' s not written...

Where I've looked it seems like Napoleon is out on the 26th in the UK and the 19th in Germany. For the US I couldn't find a release date...

Don't you guys know? CA likes to market games to "casual" U.S gamers. Its their primary market! Didn't you know that? Mike Simpson said so himself, and he's a great PR specialist.

I asked at EB Games here in Australia and my pre-order of the Emperor's Edition comes in on the 10th February.

Although I am American I too am perplexed. Is there any apparent reason?

I remember pre-ordering ETW and having the whole "downloadable 24 hours prior release" or some crap.

Of course I couldn't actually get a download going until day of release...

Wasn't the same thing for release dates going on with ETW same time last year?

I remember the europeans complaining of late release vs. north american early/ slap in the face...

The nertherlands is 24 february, atleast that's what bol.com says..

GOddammit the 26 for the netherlands! Thats waiting 24 days longer in the burning hell of pain. Well i don't think i have any other choice

To our European friends -

Please do not panic about the fact that us, U.S. casual gamers (we do everything casually), will have the game before you. We will make sure that everyone will have his/her chance to flame CA over NTW.

Besides, I will only buy the game a few weeks after release anyway (I want the serious gamers to look at it first).
