Welcome to the forums
Just wanted to say you guys have made an AMAZING mod... been hooked all week.
Just wanted to make this to remark on two unusual things that have happened in my playtime...
First started playing as Gondor because they seemed the easiest, and they were... played for about 70 turns and never really progressed past the original lands due to a large stalemate between me harad and morodor and just as I started breaking out the witch king attacked and I killed him with my main army thus defeating morodor. (apparently all their faction heirs were dead) And well with morodor dead I lost interest and switched to playing as Dale.
This is quite the known bug. Acording to the 1.4 preview it will be fixed in the upcoming patch.
Dale is pretty much amazing... I LOVE their unit roster and infantry generals add a dimension that I haven't played with in TW and I love them too.
Yes they are something quite different alright
Anyways it's been a pretty amazing and well balanced campaign and recently something VERY interesting happened... While I was off combating Rhun with all my might the Dwarves and elves stamped out the Misty Mt. Orks... soon after the Dwarves decided to attack the elves! I decided to maintain my alliance with the dwarves due to the history between us (few elves were present at the 5 armies battle after all...) and now around turn 105 a massive war between dwarves and elves rages around the misty mountains. Been going on for about 15 turns and shows no sign of slowing down... they seem rather evenly matched and no side is steamrolling the other.
Donīt forget itīs thid age TOTAL WAR!
Meanwhile Earidor and Rohan seem looked in a stalemate with isengaurd... Though Earidor shows signs of weakening and Rohan just declared war on Morodor to help Gondor, which in the beginning lost Osgiliath and Minis Tirith and just recently began battling the forces of evil back across the plains of Pelinor. Not sure how that is going to play out...
Gondor and Rohan are gonna lose. Isengard will enter a stalemate with Eriador due to itīs massive stack spamming.
As for myself I have three full stacks surrounding Rhun's capitol which has drawn up all its remaining forces to defend its capitol and is mounting an army of around 10,000 men to my 7,000... (I.e. they have 5 full stacks I have three.)
Thatīs gonna be an amazing battle. Donīt forget to post your screens...
Amazing... just amazing.
Yes it is.
Randomness...
