What AI are you using ( ihave been away for a long time) is it the modified lusted that comes with (or use to come with ) KGCM or XCAI or another AI variation.?

Ok i found what is the problem and it is certainly not the Battle Al.
It doesn't happen everytime just with poor quality units.
I was terribly mistaken no need to bother
