I think it's pretty disappointing that this was the "secret new Star Wars game" and not something like Battlefront 3 or a new Jedi Knight game.

Force Unleashed 2 is gonna flop. Everyone was expecting something big in the first one, and all were greatly dissapointed.

Haved you played KOTOR? Force Unleashed was sub-standard compared to that.

I suppose it is relative to one's own opinion, but Force Unleashed could've been made a lot better. Hell, glass dissapeared immediately after one shattered it, as did enemies.

I have and it was great but ones a hack and slash game and ones an RPG can't really compare them.

but force unleashed is not turn based
i enjoyed the game for what it was, pretty fun
but i had no exceptations at all for this game, i guess thats why
i wasn't hyped at all

I thought TFU was pretty good, but it's just not on the same level of greatness as KotOR or Jedi Knight. The force powers were fun, but I found the story somewhat unappealing.

Gah! They have Republic Commando, Battlefront, Jedi Knight, Rogue Squadron, Tie Fighter, Bounty Hunter (perhaps?), and KotOR but they decide to make TFU2?

Must say I am not impressed. Had this fools notion that it might actually be a new X-Wing or TIE Fighter game going off of comments their CEO had made earlier in the year. Oh well, why revisit the classics when you can pump sequels from your mediocre lines I guess.

Im sure they have plans for KOTOR/BF/republic commando/TIE fighter (eventually) and maybe even bounty hunter, but thats just me being hopeful.

If Lucas Arts truly cares about and still has inspiration for their games, theres no way theyd let them go, and if they simply want money all of them were far too popular (again excepting bounty hunter) to leave alone without milking.

Either way, many sequels will eventually come. Just worry if they'll be half-assed or not

I think the first game was pretty awesome. Sure, controls got frustrating and often picking the wrong object could put your life in danger on high dificulties, but I LOVED just going back to that first level, putting on the Sith Robe, red lightsaber and owning everything in my way with that awesome gear
