Elven reproduction

In my current Silvan Elf campaign, I have noticed that cities grow very fast. I'm at turn 109 and I already have several huge ones. I feel like the AI! However, in my previous Gondor campaign (1.3 also), cities grew at the normal rate. So what's with the elves growing so fast?

Maybe because they have fertile lands? But anyway city growth goes too fast in TATW imo and it will be changed in the next patch.

The public baths support public health = growth (But elves don't get them anymore in 1.4...).

Are you using RR/RC? That slows elven pop growth.

Key Elven generals/family have very high Respect which gives large boosts to population growth. I can't speak for other factions but both Silvan and HE easily reach 6% growth in the cities governed by Thranduil, Glorfindel, etc.
