The screenie is from an earlier version of SS.
I'm currently playing as England, and after hammering the Scots the Pope went medieval on my ass and booted me out of the God club. Next thing I know, I have dirty foreigners landing on my shores from wierd and far-flung countries. - Sargon_of_Akkad

If we implement permanent stone forts in new RC/RR compilation they may be one placed approx where Cardiff is.
Sadly only 1 region for wales - and for somereason the settlement is Caernarvon -
personally I would go for Cardiff as possibly the largest settlement in wales at start of game
(inasmuch as there were any towns in wales at this time.)
