i like the knights and soldiers of imrahil and dol amroth city, gondor have many unit types troops in this mod is very good this variety.
the half-trolls units of harad is very good unit in this mod and necessary for the third age mod also, the chariots of rhun is available in lotrtw and could be in the third age mod as one more unit.
this is a good source of inspiration for new units and improvements.

so then you should be able to do the stuff like flying Nazgul then on M2TW's engine if its just more advanced code.

Can they make flying creatures on Med2 short answer yes yes they can but BUT have you seen the animations done on romes flying creatures sorry there god awefull In a still picture they look great in an actual battle gasp shock horror there silly looking (just my opinion ) and there buggy to hell.

Personally i would rather they dont add stuff like this that will actually detract from the feel of the game .

But if some genious out there can figure the animations out right (people have tried for a long time still not any better) and figure out the whole there not really flying but standing on a invisible platform that ground troops whack at when they fight them (which again looks Um stupid) then i would gladly and happily download the mod or any submod with flying creatures till then please NO

and with the medieval II engine and good modders of the third age, the script and visual outcome may be better in the units as we have seen and on stage.

the modders of lotrtw are very good as in third age,but the engine of medieval II is better that of the rome totalwar and that is a nice feature for best results.

Question to Anibal - are the Nazguls animated? Are they really flying or only gliding?

Yea, but there are RTW features that don't work properly in M2TW, for example war dogs, chariots, falanga and others..
