Copy and exiting temple and rename as desired leaving the temple bit in the names. Read the EDB guide it provides the details of all other files that need to be changed.

I found one somewhere... I used this to add new Jewish temple system to RTW

if you want more I can try and find the other documents I read to do it, or is that enough?
