Not really, there's no kings purse in RTW, the only way to do it would be to make a script giving the AI getting money every turn.

yeah but how do they get the money bonouses from the dificulty setting

ex very hard they get 10,000 a turn

is there no way to edit this ?

There's no way to determine this, in RTW there is no way to know the difficulty setting chosen.

He means there is no way to see which difficulty you are playing atm for scripting , and he means you can add money via a script
