I unpacked Medieval 2 for modding purposes and now cannot play Broken Crescent. Is there a work-around here? Thanks.

You will have to uninstall BC and install it again manually - unpack it in some separate folder and move the files in proper places in your M2TW folder.

And just overwrite the vanilla files? I'm cool with that--BC is better than vanilla, but just so I know. Thanks, Theo

I'm not sure whether any vanilla files will be overwritten. It's about their placement - some files work when they are in vanilla folders, not in the mod folder - roughly speaking. We will fix that in next release.
