If Hitler never stated WW2, could the Allies still win?
Inspired by the other polls, I thought I'd try this one. What do you reckon, if Hitler hadn't made the mistake of starting World War Two, would the allies have been able to win?
It is my opinion that they would still be able to win because of Lend-Lease and something to do with the Italians.
Edit: Error in the thread title. Ah well, it all adds to the effect.

It wouldn't change anything. The Nazis would continue their super advanced research unmolested and by 1950 Reichnet would become self aware and start WW2 anyway.

So tell me this - before WW2, Before hitler invaded Poland, Britain and France weren't at war. So how can they beat Germany if they aren't at war?

Given the Germans History of militarism going back to Frederick the Great's time still would have claimed center stage and brought about the conflict. Now if the Germans had not opted for Racial extermination and embraced their superior weapons technology, research, and military tactics...Dunnow....Maybe we'd be featuring Sauerbraten & Sauerkraut in NYC's eateries these days...

This is a legitimate discussion as to whether the allies could have won a war that was never started.

I am going to have to say only if America joined in. Britain would be helpless as a fly in such a catastrophic scenario and would its knights in shining armour to come swooping on the back of a dragon to save is 'asses'

No you fools! America wasn't important, they would only have won if the Soviets had joined in and attacked Germany in 1922 before Germany didn't start the war so that they couldn't start the war because there would be no Germany to start the war! Duh... Also, nuclear tipped puppies launched from secret uhmerican bases on oil platforms next to Greenland would have won it if the Soviets hadn't joined in.
