Could you please help me on some issues I have with the capital? I am moding the "campaign_script.txt" and I would like to know:
1. Which command sets a city as capital?
2 Which variable checks if a city is a capital?

it's in the descr_strat, when a faction starts his entries, the 1st city is always the capital

Yup I want to add a script which checks, which city is the capital every turn though...

Apply penalties at the King's purse if the capital has moved AND is not a "huge city" or "citadel".
The problem I have is I don't know how to check if a city is capital... or call the capital name.

It turns I can do something like: monitor_event FactionNewCapital
So there is a way! Slowly getting there...
EDIT:
monitor_event FactionNewCapital FactionIsLocal
and FactionType sicily
console_command add_money -10000
end_monitor
This works... and its a start...
