    Default EDL louts attack police

I am tired of seeing the taxpayer forking out millions of quid so as to allow a few drunken football hooligans and fascists to have a rant. If they have a political point to make they ought to tell us what is is, otherwise we should demand that they pay for the policing of any future outings.

Well, syron would say the same about unite against fascism. They're allowed to protest, and they'll be prosecuted as they assault and cause criminal damage accordingly.

I suppose so. At least UAF have a mission statement, to oppose, well fascism, so I presume no EDL, no UAF.

For the life of me, I not been able to find a coherent reason for the existence of these yobs. At least your average football hooligan confines his obnoxious behaviour to the terraces fighting like-minded yobs. Why should Joe Public put up with these people?

How even-handed of you. Yes, I would agree.

I would point out that I don't agree with either the EDL (as I've already pointed out on the thread about them) or UAF/HNH. They're both as bad as each other.

Well, it's not that the edl don't have a mission statement, it's that their mission statement is just front of shop for hooliganism.

True. The UAF are far worse, never heard of any EDL attacking someone with a pickaxe......

Funny, because I was just thinking how I have never heard of the UAF doing that either.

You are right Ferrets. Not even an EDL victim. I might add that some BNP supporters have been caught with weapons far more deadly than household tools.

    Reminds me of this though.

Way to go for ignoring the point, as I said far more than the EDL have done. Who do you think the protesters were?

Of course there's no reference to the UAF, that would be politically damaging for both Cameron's Conservatives (who support the UAF) or Labour.

My understanding was that this resulted not from a protest but from a skirmish between couple of dozen (equally tooled up) BNP supporters, defending a BNP advertising vehicle

and locals ( I presume they were anti-fascist). The so-called master race were chased away when the locals called on reinforcements.

Can't see what this has to do with the OP which refers to regular, large-scale,organised mayhem.

I don't know. Neither do you.

I don't think the Conservatives do support UAF.

Interesting, if the reports had actually stated which groups were there (don't you find it odd that they don't? ) would you "know"? Or would you still be getting your information from (at least) a second-hand source?

Existentially you're right you can't "know", but that's where one who isn't biased uses common sense instead of sticks their fingers in their ears screaming denial.....

No, it's not common sense, it's plain making it up. Lying.

Signing a Founding Statement is only support for that statement, you can find any number of Tory MPs criticising violent protest if you care to look, which you don't. And Nothing British is afaik nothing to do with UAF.

Cor! You pulled a vid from Goebbels TV. Am I supposed to be impressed? Will you post one from Billy Brit the Racist Shite next?

Back to the central point, why do we have to tolerate and pay for what are basically conventions for football hooligans every month? I argue that these demos are not political in nature, as there is no coherent message, objective or stated goals offered for any of these fascist jollies.

IIRC didn't you post videos about "Billy Brit"? Are you not a hypocrite complaining about videos from biased sources?!

Nice of you to attack the source and not the content.
Unlike your videos the truth is quite plain to see as it is a video of real events. I'm sure it hurts to see what dweebs your friends are.

Somebody asked me the other day if I knew what Syron's real name was, so we could check the BNP leaked list. I found that funny.

BUT HE DOESN'T SUPPORT THE BNP, REMEMBER!

EXCEPT FOR IN EVERY THREAD ABOUT THE BNP!
