In our german boards, sometimes Questions like "How big is your map" and "Can i conquer the whole map" (you know, germans and world conquering...something with dns...)

So, gigantus and i wrote the map size:

Vanilla: 591x379
Two Towers Campaign of 1648: 851x781
30Years War Campaign of 1648: 1021x1021

But a lots of guys can´t imagine this size..
So gigantus and i combined vanilla map with our both campaign maps:

Two Towers is an extra campaign for the 30 years war mod, which features another map. It focuses on the struggle between the Habsburg Monarchy and the Osman Empire, so the map stretches across the Balkan, roughly from southern Poland and Bavaria to modern day Turkey.

The time is 1618-1648. Historically the Osman Empire had not attacked the West during the 30years war, because it had inner conflicts and problems at the eastern front. In the Two Towers Mod, you can play an alternative History in which the Osman Empire attacks the Kaiser during the 30years war.

The Name "Two Towers" stands for the two palaces: The Hofburg in Vienna: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hofburg
