Modding Marathas flag

Hi, ive been trying to replace the flag for the Marathas with this one:


(19th century Siamese flag)

Ive been playing around with the files, ive modded all the TGA files in the ui/flags/maratha folder AND ive modded the DDS file in the rigidmodels/flags/textures folder.....ive been using Paint.NET for this, it seems to be the most effective program...however for some reason it doesnt show the flag change when i play the Marathas....heres the mod so far: http://www.filefront.com/15060301/siameseflags.pack

Any help/suggestions?
