Defence of [blank]
So I'm curious, after reading Subrosa's defence of Scythia, (sorry it links to another forum, I know she's on here too though) how many of you have just spent a campaign seeing how long you can survive and the like?
I've gotten bored of just the same old campaign after campaign, so I've started one as Gaul. It's not as strict as Subrosa - I've allowed myself to expand into indie Gaul lands, but not Spain/Transalpine Gaul/east of the Rhine. If I find it impossible then I'll repeat, but attacking Iberia and Carthage with land bridges on instead of off.

Re: Defence of [blank]
I've never done it. But Severous' German defence AAR was very nice as well.

I'll be doing the German one next.
Well, either that or Carthage.

Re: Defence of [blank]
To defend the entire empire, probably. Have a go, see how it goes.
Losing territory's fine, survival is the issue.
