Captured eagle crash

Hello,

I am running rtr platinum v1.9 over R:TW on Windows 7 Ultimate(!) - but have experienced no problems til now.

However, on capturing Mediolanum from the gauls fairly early on in the game it crashes to desktop once i choose occupy/enslave/exterminate. I think it has something to do with the fact that earlier in the game, one of my legionary eagles was captured and "taken to mediolanum".

Any thoughts?

Any help would be much appreciated - otherwise, thanks very much for an awesome mod!

It`s a common rtw bug and it has nothing to do with the eagle. You`ve probably fought a sieging battle that involved reinforcement and likely you`ve destroyed both the garrison and the reinforcing ai army and were given the options to take the settlement. The only way to avoid this is to deal with the reinforcements separately without involving the garrison.
