A Seasonal Competition

I've not got any prizes to award but how about a seasonal picture competition.

(That's northern hemisphere season winter, not southern hemisphere summer.)

So the challenge is to produce some stunning IN GAME Stainless Steel screen grab, with lots of snow, and hopefully not too much gore and bloodshed. Maybe a sunset or dawn image, maybe close-ups of buildings. Or open fields with an army trudging along in the distance. Or drawn-up for battle with the sun glinting on their weapons and banners aloft.

You may crop the image for size and to remove stuff around the borders, user interface etc, but no wholesale photoshopping please. It has to be something that other people could reproduce on their systems without image editing software.

Any customised units should be freely available for download. You may use any sub-mods available in threads on this forum. (State any used with image.)

Don't swamp the thread with images -say a maximum of 5 entries each?

Images in .jpg format. (convert .tga to .jpg with Paint.NET or similar)

Post entries in this thread.

Competition open until 31st December 2009.

No prizes but feel to rep any images you really like.

I'm not seriously entering the contest (I tweaked brightness and color a little in MSO Picture Manager [cheater!] for something a little more abstract and "evil"); just thought I'd contribute something for fun! If you want to count it, go ahead. From much later in my guide-based Teutonic Order campaign against the long ignored Lithuanians. As you've probably noticed from the pictures I post, I like turning battles and result screens into artwork of some sort or another. (And yes, it is in fact winter!) Also included the original.

Hey, the image matches my avatar/signature pictures!
