Flavius stands at a small lectern in the Rostra, he rests his arms, relaxed on the front... He looks out across the crowd of expectant faces,

"My fellow Romans!"

He hears a slight cheer,

He looks across to Pallus' head above a spike in the Rostra,

"Have we not learn enough from but one experience, imagine if these were to be repeated? Rome would be burning every year... If I were to become Praetor, the Basilica would become a place that no man should be afraid of coming to. The law must be upheld! We must be afraid of those who do nothing,"

"Be assured those will be thy worst enemies, not to whom thou hast done evil, but who have done evil to thee. And those will be thy best friends, not to whom thou hast done good, but who have done good to thee. "

He again looks into the eyes of the people there,

"I will be careful not to introduce too many laws, for I do not wish to strangle our citizens with red tape,
The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws."

"To be frank, People of Rome.. We must be Civilized! The beacon to guide all ships, the light for all states to follow.. We are Rome, We are indefagitable!"

He steps down, awaiting any replied
