Alexander Data packs

In Rome TW, there is a folder called "packs" in the data folder. Once unpacked, it gives you all the data files that were previously hidden. However, in the Alexander TW data folder, there is no pack folder. I was wondering if anyone has the original data files (primarily the model_strat files that aren't there such as the .CAS files) or it's data packs. The reason why is because I want to use the Persian and Indian flags for a Rome TW mod I'm making. Can anyone help me?

They`re not packed in alexander. The files are simple in their regular sub-folders(inside alexander).

And if you don't have alexander then you're out of luck as no one will be able to provide them to you as it violates copyright law and the ToS of this site.

Then were can I find the .CAS files for the Persian and Indian flags from Alex? I tried just changing the symbols in the menu/symbols folder to the ones they had in there but the change did nothing to the mod. What I'm trying to do is change the Scipii and Brutii flags to Persia and India flags respectively. If someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong, please tell me or show me a tutorial that shows me how to edit them myself.

@Squid I have a legitamite copy of Alexander Total War. I just want to know where to find the Persian and Indian flags and put them in my mod.
