Freezing...Video Card Blowout?
Playing with geforce 8400, 768 ram, dell dim 2400. Campaign with Ghorids. This occurs during battles on the Indus river only....When fighting the Rajputs(Im pretty sure its them the far east Indian Hindi Kingdom). The game freezes then the graphics blow out into bad colors and fuzz..Is the video card overheating or something??

Yeah, it could be overheating. However, it's weird, given the specs. You should install some hardware monitor, like GPU-Z and see what temperatures your GPU has when you play. But first of all, lower video settings and try to replay the battle.

Re: Freezing...Video Card Blowout?
I can't figure it out, I play on pretty low settings anyway(so I can play with larger armies). But I'll just have to figure a way to lure them out or push farther into India. They want to force the river battle..I guess all the javelin and missle units. This war has been going on for awhile too...It's become a war of attrition...FOR THEM!! HAHA!!

Re: Freezing...Video Card Blowout?
Hmmm..It happened again, but I was playing the DHRR mod(sorry if this is the wrong board now) and it happened again. This time I realized that the battle map stays like that if I quit the battle and continue the campaign. My whole PC kinda slows down too...Does anyone know whats going on?? Thanks
