Faction without province

Is there any way how can i create faction without giving it province at start ? (just an army but if i do it now faction is automatically destroyed at start)

I'm no very knowledgable about the subject, but have you tried making it a horde faction?

it was possible at RTW but not in med2tw


thus you may not have horde factions without settlements at the game start

Setting up all horde settings properly, it is possible to start with a faction which hasn't a settlement! At least with the Kingdoms.exe.
