Iīve seem that every colony building tree has 2 levels of "native" buildings. Why 2? why not a single level? i have looked in the descr_strat and i donīt get the difference between the two levels....

Originally, the second level was used for certain regions that needed more influence. Now, some native buildings are used for a second description.
Expand your borders, a mod based on XGM 5.
