For Multiplaye online/patches?

I only play the multiplayer.

What patches should I use just for multi-player and recommend to other people so we are compatable when on Gamespy?

I am asking because by reading the threads and post it seems to be geared more towards the Campaign game.

I went to the download section and it's a bit confusing.

For me the idiot, what patches do I need to get the latest one version of this mod?
I have download 3.4

I have a clean install of Rome and BI.

Oh, dear, yes, we've really focused on the campaign game.

Hmmm...3.4.1 (from the installer) should work just as well as 3.5.2 for multiplayer, but you might want to patch up fully just so you'll have more people with whom to play.

To get the latest version, install the installer, then patch to 3.5, then install the 3.5.2 patch.

I really need to just release a single 3.5.3 patch.

Just so I have it right.
I already have 3.4 and 3.5 neither of which is installed.
I install those two then the ones you posted?

You install 3.4 from bladerunner.
You then patch to 3.5.
You then patch to 3.5.2.

Hopefully that should do the trick.

I think he meant in terms of improving the current setup for a future version that we can advertise or something in order to attract more people. Some, yourself an example, do play the game for multiplayer more than the campaign - I know of one myself.

Well, I just looove the long phalanx battles. Played with a friend over the net, me as Seleucid, he as Macedon. We played for 3 hours, just moving and repositioning around. It ended with a close victory for me as both armies were exausthed, but I chose to field a deeper phalanx than him, wearing down his flanks with mercenary swordsmen and a few cavalry charges. And he had chosen quite a lot of Cretan Archers, which didn't prove in his favor, as they ran out of arrows way too fast for such a long battle. But it was AWESOME!

Not to make more of it than it really is a game, but the Extended Realism mod is absolutely awesome speaking as a guy who only plays the multi-play.

Having gone through a percentage of the mods the cream truly rises to the top. The personnel who worked on this mod showed their pride in themselves in firing out such an excellent product.

This mod is an exception to the rule if it sounds too good to be true it is. Not only does this mod rate a ten out of ten. It’s free!
