when a general loss a eagle and other general recovers the eagle,that gains this general?
another question.
if a roman general has units under his control, this general gain some military title as chief of legio or something for the style?

not an answer, but also about the eagle, I defeated a roman consul and it says an eagle has been taken to Tarantum, does that do anything?

Some people playing ExRm have reported that Romans tend to send army after army to cities that have one of their eagles... But I don't know if this also applies to FOE.

while they didn't attack me, they did have an army babysit Tarantum after I got the eagle. Then an alliance with the autonomous polis (sp?) forced a ceasefire and they eventually left. But when I saw that the Gauls were in Roman territory, I started attacking them immediately. They don't seem to care much about their mini regions.
