descr_strat saving problem

Hi, I recently puschased Medieval II Gold Edition and when I try to edit descr_strat in order to give one faction or another more or less money and I try to save it, this is all that comes up;

Cannot create C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign\descr_strat.txt file.

Make sure the path and file name are correct.

I'm having alot of trouble with it, especially condiering that I unchecked the read only button.

If there's anything I've missed or that I'm doing wrong, please help me out.

Remove the read-only attribute from the file by right-clicking and unchecking the read-only box.
