    Default No chance to defend settlement?

    I was playing as the SE and one of my settlements got sieged by the ootmm i was like okay thats fine and i was sending a relief army down which was supposed to reach the city it 4 turns and it was supposed to be able to hold for 8. When i got to the next turn it said that my city was occupied WTF?
    i didn't even get a chance to defend it

    It fixes the problem of not being able to fight defensive battles in hotseat games.
