Mixed up by mods

Hi, ive recently installed a mod for emergent factions playable, but i soon found out it rly messed up my game. When i play spain i can only recruit portuguese units in madrid but it's with alot of factions weird recruits. i alrdeady reinstalled it twice and don't know what to do, it's not helping, i even deleted everything related to empire or steam on my pc i could find the game is tottally ruined now while i installed everything the way it said. Is there somthng i can do to fix this or is it ruined for ever?

There's 2 mds i installed the one for emergent factions(where greece is changed to bulgaria and hessen is tsjech) and also one for removing fow and giving the protectorates auto @ turn 2
that is all, but i think it is the first. That is all i can say ;p
