Thanks indeed old stick, everyone starts out as R.A (Royal Artillery) in training, then gets chosen to serve in the R.H.A (Royal Horse Artillery) I was in fact in the latter, I am pleased to say! its jolly good to see someone tackle the Artillery officers uniforms you have done a splendid job sir!

There you go, I am using the T.A.R mod, and Poms UPC .loc file he provided and as you can see it is working superbly "and all that"

You can see a little bit of a similarity to KLA's European Wars hosted mod for Rome (Nice work btw )

Thanks, they are both based on the same regiment, The Buffs, I couldn't get the detail in the lace with mine though, hope one day to learn to play with the models, long way off that.
Next up will be horse and dragoons, made a start, dragoons below.

Still some way to go but glad to find someone else who likes the SYW period, can't always keep it strictly accurate, but will keep trying.

A suggestion you'll probably hate me for, have you considered asking Danova if you can use and reskin his double turnback/tricorne model he's using for his Northern War mod.. might be perfect for SYW infantry.

That must be what CA based their militia off of.

Thats just what I was thinking, maybe they were planing something else for this model, any way it means the Scots can have their own militia.

Don't hate you for this idea, Danova is a master modder, he works with the models, I'm still using smoke and mirrors, but these havn't been released yet so best to wait
