My question is;

Can I change in Map text any text in the languages that I wanted without any problem except the text between the { }
and after that I have to delete the *txt.strings

and yes delete the strings bin. if you do not your edits may still be in game but there will be a lag(in loading) because the txt. and Bin. do not have the exact same info
it is safe to delete~ everytime you start a campaign they are re-generated
