    Default There is?

    There is a possibility,to change the size one legion.If there is usually room for 20 units per army.It is possible for example,could be 40 stacks in one army?Or its hardcoded?

    I think it's hardcoded.

    I have, however, seen AI stacks with twenty-one or twenty two units, so who knows? Maybe it is possible.

    They have 21 or 22 units?

    No, it is harcoded. It is the same for the AI aswell, if you look carefully they have rows of nine so they can have two more units underneath and still have a 20 unit stack.
