Little Help

Playing a vanilla campaign with BI installed, moving carthage east. Trying to use the force diplomacy command to give my african provinces to Numidia but can't seem to get the command to work. Using force_diplomacy accept. Did a search and came up with nothing, sorry if this is answered somewhere else.

not really cheating, not helping myself any, just want to make something in the west strong enough to slow rome or it kinda ruins the game for me. Found way around, just gave them lots of money along with settlements and the took, but would be nice to know if force diplomacy works for anyone else.

i think that cheat and a few others were omitted when 1.5 came out.
And since you have Bi installed you automatically have 1.5
