Install problem
I've just downloaded the Kingdoms Grand Campaign mod. However, when I try to install it I get the following message ' Setup was unable to find a valid Medieval Total War 2 Kingdoms installation. Setup aborted'. I definitely installed Kingdoms though, and I'm not keen on reinstalling it, because that will mesh up all my other mods. Please advise.

Re: Install problem
1.5 kingdoms patch?......though I think it might run without it.

Re: Install problem
The problem is solved. I've downloaded the alternative download, existing of two parts, which I've installed without any problem. It works nicely now. Thank you, Grislok, for being prepared to help.

Re: Install problem
@Aragorn1963,
I hate to ask you this but did you have a cracked copy of M2TW or something? Because the primary download will only work with a valid copy of medieval II total war and kingdoms. Other than that the primary download may also not work with a steam version of the game. Anyway glad too see you have the mod working now.
Closed.

Re: Install problem
Dave, on my word of honor. No, I do not use a cracked version of Kingdoms. It's just that I've fiddled so much with my files, moved them about a bit, that it can't be found by the KGCM install program. At least that is what I think.
I'm in favor of supporting good games like this. And using cracks is certainly not the way to do that.
