cavalry flags question

I want to have a US flag for a cavalry unit ; but I didn't find any tutorial to have a flag that looks with a normal size

If it's not possible to have a cavalry flag ;
Is it possible to keep the Standard bearer unit with no Flag bouncing around to the floor ( Not using the alfa channel as it would also erase the infantry flag) ?

Not surprising: that was for Empire.

The banners are in data\banners\texture and in texture format. I believe you can convert them using GOAT or the texture2dds converter and then edit them in DDS Format.
For the bouncing you will have to have a look into data\descr_banners_new.xml (use notepad for editing)

I think I found a way to have my Scout Bloody Knife on the field ; but can I change the lance for something less high ? ?
