There was one from the initial download, but I think it got taken down when 1.0 had too many CTDs. I'm still able to seed, but I'm not sure how to reverse engineer the URL from my BitTorrent.
Here, try this. But bear in mind that it's 1.0 and you'll need the 1.2 patch.
EDIT: That just gets to a new torrent with only me seeding, and not the original with other people, unfortunately.
EDIT AGAIN: got it. http://www.mininova.org/tor/3115658

I did try uploading a torrent of FOE 1.1 on Mininova over the weekend, but for some reason it failed to register, even after six attempts. Maybe I'll have another go at it for you Harry.![]()
Thanks a lot the both of you.![]()
i could also seed, if someone would give me instructions on how to![]()
I'd added a torrent download link to the site: http://www.rometotalrealism.org/foe.html - currently, there's only 1 seed

We are still trying Harry. For some unexplained reason, several attempts to create and seed a torrent have all failed, but we will keep trying to get one up and running. Is there a reason why you cannot use one of the download mirrors? They would be a lot faster than a torrent, especially if you used some form of download manager that allowed you to continue after a broken connection!
My internet on this PC is a bit shoddy for some reason.
Sometimes it'll run for hours, sometimes it cuts out every half hour, which makes using the download mirrors a pain in my . I suppose i could try a download manager.
I'd strongly recommend you get one matey, the download speeds are likely to be a lot faster than a torrent, especially as most people will have thier copy of FOE now and there would not be likely to be many seeds. Try Internet Download Manager, it's what I've used for over a year and find it excellent. You could try its 30 day free-trial, or it only costs about $25 US anyway (about £12!), so it shouldn't break the bank.![]()
12 Quid?! Thats two hours worth of chatting up women and drinking!
Hahah, im really liking my job
But yeah Cheers Tony.![]()
Wow Tones, this DL manager is brilliant.
If i pay the 12 quid and buy it, does it last forever? Or just a year or what?
It doesn't expire, it's yours to keep Harry, keep your licence details and you can transfer it to other PC's as you upgrade. You even get software upgrades for free for the first twelvemonth. After struggling like you for ages with broken connections and aborted downloads, it came as a bit of revalation.
Being paid for flirting! Sounds like like you've found your vocation matey.![]()
