I am going to be making some changes to ALL of the campaigns here shortly to fix the 'economic\fortified city' building tree so that it works properly. Right now, there are a number of random issues going on with it because my coding is being 'misunderstood' by RTW. So I'm simplifying it. Unfortunately, this change is going to wreck all current campaigns, because I'm removing a building that is in 'descr_strat.txt' in all of the campaigns.
This isn't all bad, I guess, because I've also made changes to map_ground_types.tga to remove a lot of 'forest' ground type...especially from around settlements so that siege equipment should have an easier time moving around them. That change, as far as the file itself is concerned, has already been made...but doesn't take effect until the map is regenerated. So the above change, as it requires the map to be regenerated, will fix this as well.
All those changing files....please refrain from making changes to EDB.txt or descr_strat.txt in ANY folder other than the 'test' campaign. I will fix that one last.
Sorry for the bother...but this has to be done. I will update this post as I change each of the campaigns:
